Zoe
Balfour has always loved dancing in its many forms from Scottish sword dancing to ballroom. Zoe has been teaching dance in the same sex world, both here and in Britain, for the last 20 years. She loves teaching beginners and more advanced dancers and seeing peoples delight as they find thier bodies and the joy of dancing with another person. She is patient and clear with a wonderful sense of humour that makes learning easy and fun. She started to compete in same sex ballroom in 2002 at the Sydney Gay Games, winning 2 silver medals and has been dancing and competing ever since. Zoe danced with Citabria Phillips from July 2003 till Jan 2011 .She is available for Pro Am competitive dancing with students.

Fresh Meat 2009
Zoe & Citabria were honored to be part of the Fresh Meat Transgender Festival 2009.
Outgames 2009
Zoe and Citabria competed in the Outgames 2009 in Copenhagen, Denmark with a GOLD in A level Senior Women's Ballroom and they claimed the 6th place in A level Adult Women's Ballroom.
Philadelphia Liberty Challenge, 2010
Zoe and Citabria maintained their title as North American Champions in women's International Standard.
Dancing in the River City, California State Chapionship, 2011
Zoe and Citabria won the California State Womens Standard Title for 2011.
